Osprey Cove RV Park
Overview
Osprey Cove RV Park is the long-stay RV park at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, tucked behind base housing among majestic live oak trees next to Lake Wonderwood — the shadier, quieter counterpart to Mayport's waterfront Pelican Roost park. It offers about 47 full-service sites (30/50-amp, water, sewer, cable) plus three vacation rental cabins, with plenty of tree cover for hot Florida summers. One flat fee covers all amenities: free laundry, WiFi, cable TV, ice, and clubhouse access. The base has a pool, dog-friendly beach access, gym, bowling, golf, and shoppettes, and it's close to Atlantic Beach's shops and restaurants.

Important Info
Long-term park — stays of 30 days or longer, up to a 180-day max (extendable monthly if space allows); for short stays, use Pelican Roost instead. Check-in is at Pelican Roost. You must be parked by sunset. Open to active, Guard, Reserve, retired, 100% DAV, NAF, dependents, and active DoD civilians (retired DoD civilians not permitted on base). Firearms not allowed on base. Cabins: 2-night minimum, no pets/smoking. Call the MWR Mayport RV office to confirm the current number and availability. Always verify rates before you travel.
