Offutt Base Lake FamCamp
Overview
Offutt Base Lake FamCamp sits on a 113-acre lake outside the main base at Offutt Air Force Base near Bellevue, Nebraska, offering full-hookup RV sites, tent camping, fishing, and a boathouse with water-toy rentals. The campground was significantly damaged in the 2019 Missouri River flood and spent several years running on reduced, service-free capacity during reconstruction — it has since fully reopened with restored full hookups (water, sewer, 50-amp electric) confirmed as of 2025. It's a scenic, quiet spot popular with long-term campers, with nearby access to the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum and Fontenelle Forest.
