Lake Greenwood Campground

📍 Crane, IN ✔ Branch: Navy 🏙 NSA Crane

Overview

Lake Greenwood RV Park & Campground runs under Navy MWR at NSA Crane in Crane, Indiana. The campground has 47 total sites: 35 RV sites with full hook-ups — water, electric, and sewer — wired for 30 or 50 amp service. Beyond the RV pads, there are 5 primitive tent sites, 2 screen houses, and 5 cabins (one sleeps six, four sleep four), each with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, heat and air, and a bathroom. A bathhouse with washers and dryers serves the grounds. The lake has a beach area, and boat rentals are available at the marina. A boat ramp is on site. One thing to know going in: cell service and TV reception are limited. The campground sits in a valley and is deliberately rustic. Bring books, games, or whatever keeps you off a screen. Office hours run April 1 through November 1, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM. Off-season hours shift to Monday–Friday, 8 AM–3:30 PM. Appointments after 4 PM can be arranged. To confirm access eligibility, current rates, and availability, call (812) 854-1176 before you head out.
