Shore Park Travel Camp & Marylander RV Park
Overview
Aberdeen Proving Ground runs two separate RV parks on the installation, both open year-round. Shore Park Travel Camp, at 2050 Captain John Smith Rd., has 24 back-in sites on 40-foot concrete pads with full water, sewer, and electric hookups. Each site comes with a fire pit and picnic table. Shore Park also has five deluxe cabins if you need a break from the rig. The Marylander RV Park, located on Atlantic Court, adds 11 more back-in sites — each on a 60-foot concrete pad with the same full utility hookup, fire pit, and picnic table. APG is home to the Army's primary test and evaluation mission, so access requires a valid DoD ID. All reservation requests go through email — there is no phone-in option. Send the completed Campground Reservation Packet to [email protected] and watch for an email confirmation. Prices and availability can change, so verify current rates before you commit.
