Key West Campground (Sigsbee)

📍 Key West, FL ✔ Branch: Navy 🏙 NAS Key West

Overview

NAS Key West runs one of the most distinctive military campgrounds in the country. The Recreational Lodging Campground spreads across three separate areas — Sigsbee Park, Trumbo Point, and Truman Annex — giving you 93 full hook-up sites plus more than 500 dry camping spots total. The office sits inside Bldg. V-4113 on Sigsbee Park. Trumbo Point operates on a seasonal schedule, mid-October through April only, so plan around that if you want access to all three areas. Coin-operated laundry and shower facilities are available at each of the three annexes. The campground office also handles POV storage, with over 600 spaces available. Office hours run daily, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Reservations go through 877-NAVY-BED or dodlodging.net. Active duty and reservists book up to 12 months out; retired military, eligible veterans, DoD civilians, and retired DoD civilians get a 6-month window. During peak season (October 1 through March 31), stays are capped at 90 days total. Call (305) 293-4432 to reach the campground office directly, and verify your eligibility and availability before you make the drive.
