Holiday Park FamCamp & Travel Camp
Overview
Holiday Park FamCamp sits on nine acres at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, just outside Tacoma, WA. The park runs year-round and offers water, sewer, and electric sites at 30 or 50 amp, plus dry camping and tent spots. Support facilities include restrooms, showers, laundry with soap or bleach dispensers, and a sewage dump station. Douglas fir surrounds the area, and the park shares the installation with a pavilion and a private scouting area. The Northwest Adventure Center Travel Camp adds 48 full hook-up RV sites — all reservation-only — on the shores of American Lake. Common areas have lounge space, color TV, Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry, and shower facilities. An on-site dump station is available, and individual sewer connections are included at every full hook-up site. Fishing is accessible on the lake. Reservations at both the FamCamp and Travel Camp can be made up to one year in advance. Stay limits vary by season: 14 days per site from April 1 through September 30, and 28 days per site from October 1 through March 31.
