Fort Irwin RV Park

📍 Fort Irwin, CA ✔ Branch: Army 🏙 Fort Irwin

Overview

Fort Irwin RV Park sits on the Army's National Training Center in the Mojave Desert, operated through MWR Outdoor Recreation. The park has 87 spaces, each equipped with water and sewer hookups, 20/30/50 amp power pedestals, a picnic table, and a grill. Restrooms and showers are available around the clock, as is laundry access. Campers also get access to a community center with a full kitchen, dining area, and game lounge during operational hours. Demand is high — when the park is at capacity, new requests go on a waiting list. The wait between being placed on that list and receiving a callback can run 18 to 24 months. Rates are not published online; call the RV Park directly at (760) 380-5738 to ask about pricing and current availability. Outdoor Recreation is located at Goldstone Rd., BLDG 4100, Fort Irwin, CA 92310. Office hours run Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office is closed Sundays, Mondays, and federal holidays. Confirm access eligibility and space availability before making any travel plans.
