Panama City RV Park & Cabins
Overview
NSA Panama City runs two separate RV parks on Florida's Gulf Coast, both open to military, retirees, and DoD civilians. The Mainside RV Park sits directly on the installation with 21 sites — 17 are full hook-up with water, electric, cable, and sewer, and 4 have no sewer connection. The Southside RV Park is a few miles away and offers 24 full hook-up sites, each with a picnic table and outdoor grill. Check-in for both parks runs 1300–1630; no arrivals are accepted after 1630 CDT. Check-out is at 1100. The only way to book an RV site is by phone — email and web contact requests cannot be processed. Call (850) 234-4402, select Option 2 for RV Park reservations, and do it between 1000–1600. The office is open seven days a week, 8 AM–4:30 PM. Call ahead to confirm current availability and access requirements before you make the drive.
