Willow Pond RV Campground
Overview
Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst offers two separate RV camping areas run by the 87th Force Support Squadron: Willow Pond, an 8-site campground on the Dix side with water, electric, and a dump station along a peninsula near Willow Pond; and Range 14, a 12-site full-hookup (including sewer) campground located off the main installation. A separate primitive tent-only area, Camp Dix, sits along the Willow Pond peninsula with fire pits and picnic tables but no water source. The base is close to Six Flags Great Adventure and Hurricane Harbor, and within about 40 miles of Philadelphia and 75 miles of New York City.
