Boneyard Vista RV Park
Overview
Boneyard Vista is Davis-Monthan Air Force Base's RV park, on the southeast side of Tucson about ten miles from downtown. It's a large facility — 197 full-hookup sites with water, sewer, and 20/30/50-amp electric on gravel pads with concrete patios, plus about 57 overflow dry-camping spaces. As the name suggests, part of it overlooks the base's famous aircraft "boneyard." Free WiFi covers the park. On-base amenities are a big draw: the FamCamp is within walking distance of the pool, has two dog parks and a pet wash station, coin laundry, and easy access to two fitness centers, the Base Exchange, and a large commissary. It makes an ideal base for Saguaro National Park, the Titan Missile Museum, Tombstone, and Mt. Lemmon. Sites are first-come, first-served — no reservations.
